Most apartments & suites offer separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, as well as fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenette facilities. If you’re travelling with a work party, our open floor plans allow our guests enough space to spread out while conveniently staying under the one roof.
The Essence Apartments & Suites properties have an on-site reception from 07:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week and staff are on call 24 hours a day to respond to all enquiries, with security available to attend to after-hour enquiries.

Yes. To confirm your booking, we ask that you provide the details of a valid credit card or make a cash deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation, prior to arrival.
Variations to this may apply during peak periods and at the property's discretion.
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 10pm will be considered the arrival time. Cancellation fees will automatically be charged to the credit card provided, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
Any Essence Apartments & Suites property may alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings and advise the alternate terms and conditions that will apply.
Essence Apartments & Suites properties accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) and cash.
On arrival, a pre-authorisation of your credit card, for the amount of $50.00, will be required.
If paying by cash, a security bond for at least the first night will be required upon arrival. This amount may vary, so please check with your Essence Apartments & Suites property.
You are required to provide a current driver’s license or passport.
Check-in is 2pm. If you’re arriving before this time, you need to contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
While every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals, this will be dependent on availability and at the discretion of each property.
